Our Company is known for precision work that meets each projects architectural design standard.  Day to day operations are conducted by Contractor and crew; with pride, honesty and respect for client and community.

 

We pride ourselves on intense involvement throughout all aspects of construction: demolition, foundation, framing, carpentry and finish; onto hardscape, landscaping, and drainage systems. Through such involvement we are able to produce and achieve long lasting results.

 

We regularly work with architects and engineers on the integration of complex engineering, technological and environmental standards, for todays modern design or to mimic historical construction details. 

 

In order to expedite the completion of each work stage and to ensure that all work is done accurately and as specified; our team dedicates themselves to oversee all work and manage communications between owner, architect, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Our base region is within the Foothill Communities and surrounding areas of LA County including: San Marino, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, La Canada, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Claremont and Monrovia. With extensive knowledge of city specific building requirements, historic preservation guidelines, design review, public works and city environmental regulations.
